Each and every element has been well thought out to achieve a delicious, balanced, filling meal served in biodegradable packaging. You will usually find that the hummus and sauces have been home made that morning (at Hummus HQ) and the falafel mix freshly ground before adding our secret spice mix. All salads are freshly prepared. We support local farmers as much as we can by sourcing our produce locally. Even our pittas are made in Cornwall on the same farm that the wheat is grown. Did we mention that it's all plant-based?
